Ministry of Textiles is looking for young, talented and dynamic Young Professionals (YPs) for PSU Section in the Ministry.
The Ministry of Textiles is an Indian government national agency in charge of policy formulation, planning, production, export promotion, and regulation of the Indian textile industry. This includes all natural, synthetic, and cellulosic fibres used in the production of textiles, garments, and handicrafts.
Young Professionals (YP) will be in charge of writing legislation, researching current policies, statutes, guidelines, and regulations, and recommending courses of action.
Furthermore, YPs must be required to provide high quality inputs on legal cases of PSUs such as NTC, BIC, HHEC, and CCIC, preparation of para-wise remarks on writ petitions, preparation of reports on legal cases, examining the legal implications of various proposals, examining the reports and legal surveys of the PSUs, providing high quality inputs on the legal surveys, examining the forensic audit reports, and examining the forensic audit reports Integration of data and information available with M/o Textiles associate offices, coordination with different divisions of M/o Textiles and various other Ministries/ Departments, support to M/o Textiles through secondary research work in matters related to PSU Section,
Intermenstrual inquiries, or any other role assigned by PSU Division of Ministry of Textiles.

Qualification and Experience
- Law graduate or MBA from a recognized university.
- Experience of company
- Experience of Company Law/ Corporate Law/ Corporate Administration.
- Masters in Law (L.L.M)
- Proficient in computer knowledge (MS word, access, excel, PowerPoint etc).
1 year preferably in Government Sector
